Why isn't there a fixed €499 / month tier?+
Because we'd be guessing. Two wholesalers with the same revenue can have wildly different integration scopes, buyer counts and warehouse setups. We'd rather start from your real numbers than make you fit a price card we wrote on a napkin.
Do you actually migrate from Shopify Plus B2B / BigCommerce B2B / Magento?+
Yes — included on Growth and above. We've shipped Prestashop and Shopify imports; BigCommerce B2B Edition and Adobe Commerce migrations follow the same pattern. Typical migration: one to three weeks, including products, companies, buyers, contract prices, order history and URL redirects.
What ERPs have you connected?+
In production today: Fortnox, Visma, Business Central, Pyramid (and Tradefy / Ongoing on the warehouse side). NetSuite, Monitor and SAP B1 are doable on the same patterns; we scope and quote upfront before promising.
Where does the data live?+
Inside the EU. PostgreSQL with point-in-time recovery and encrypted backups. DPA on file with all customers. We don't sell, mine or train models on your buyer data.
Can I self-host?+
Source-available on Growth and above. You can run it on your own infrastructure (Fly.io and Vercel recommended). We continue to ship security patches and you can pull updates at your pace.
What's the contract?+
Month-to-month by default. Annual billing knocks 10% off. We don't lock customers in with multi-year minimums.
