How is Velicoo different from Shopify Plus B2B or other platforms?+
Most platforms give you a fixed product and bolt-ons. We tailor the whole storefront, admin and integration layer to your needs — the way you want it — then run it on the same multi-tenant codebase that powers live EU tenants.
Do you actually migrate from Shopify Plus B2B / BigCommerce B2B / Magento?+
Yes — included on Growth and above. We've shipped Prestashop and a live Shopify cutover (nutri.se, ~115k customers). BigCommerce B2B Edition and Adobe Commerce follow the same pattern. Typical migration: one to three weeks, including products, companies, buyers, contract prices, order history and URL redirects.
What ERPs have you connected?+
In production today: Fortnox, Visma, Business Central, Pyramid. Warehouse: Ongoing (incl. DHL Freight Direct), Tradefy and Inventelo. Reviews: Ranqa. CDP: Cortex. Feeds: Google Merchant, Prisjakt, PriceRunner. NetSuite, Monitor and SAP B1 follow the same patterns; we scope and quote before promising.
Where does the data live?+
Inside the EU. PostgreSQL with point-in-time recovery and encrypted backups. DPA on file with all customers. We don't sell, mine or train models on your buyer data.
What's the contract?+
€2,000 one-time setup, then month-to-month. Growth is €500 / month. Annual billing knocks 10% off. We don't lock customers in with multi-year minimums.
