Velicoo (operated by Bellazilla, Sweden) is the data controller for the velicoo.com marketing site, and a data processor for the merchants who run their stores on the Velicoo platform.

What we collect on velicoo.com

  • Anything you submit via the contact form: name, email, optional company, message.
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Rotated within 30 days.
  • No third-party analytics on the marketing site, no cookies that require consent, no marketing pixels.

Subprocessors

  • Vercel — hosting for the marketing site. EU regions. SOC 2 Type II.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
  • Fly.io — backend hosting for production tenants. EU regions by default.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / LGPD)

Right to access, right to erasure, right to rectification, right to data portability and right to object. Email hello@velicoo.com with the subject "Data request" — we respond within 30 days, usually within 24 hours.

For merchants on the platform, the full Privacy Policy is bundled with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and shared at trial signup. Available on request to anyone evaluating the platform — email hello@velicoo.com.
